As we approach the end of the year, it is time to reflect on the digital transformation that is taking place in the IT Industry and how we plan to continue to lead the way in deploying asset management solutions to assist in this transformation. Some organizations might be racing to meet the goals and metrics for the month, quarter and/or year while others are just waiting for 2018 as they have been paralyzed in evaluating changes and restrictions in their IT business. We understand the global variations in your business due to RAY ALLEN INC’s broad diversity of clients and industries that we serve with our winning solutions in IT Asset Management. Our services range from performing a global assessment to discover your install base, to helping your company plan your new technology migration into a hybrid network/cloud-based environment. I wanted to share three areas of impact that I am proud to share that are helping companies make smart decisions in analyzing and pursuing their digital transformation.
Business is demanding agility in their IT technology that can dynamically change as business needs increase or decrease during the year. When we ask many of our customers what would be the first thing they would change if they had no funding limitations, we consistently hear that it would be to increase IT flexibility to address the rapid changes in the business. This ranges from the technologies deployed in IT Operations and the variety of teams and processes required to address changes in a timely manner. Our team at RAY ALLEN INC understands how to evaluate and measure existing agility and establish sensible action plans that will increase IT agility while controlling cost to migrate and adopt new technology.
This year has also been transformational for RAY ALLEN INC, where we believe that diversity is something that should be pursued to fuel your future growth. From the makeup of your business partners to the group of clients from different industries and global locations, our team at RAY ALLEN INC takes pride in our diversity as we continue to grow and expand our business. This year we have expanded our teams in new international locations including Poland and Portugal that will drive our IT Asset Management around the globe. We plan to continue our growth in 2018, as we establish the company in more locations across the Middle East, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, further increasing our investment in global diversity. We’ll continue to match our expanded service offerings to meet the demands our global customers thus enabling them to grow their IT Agility across their domestic and international locations. Our introduction of AgilityPlus earlier this year has proven to be a successful example where we have used our diversity to create an IT Assessment solution that can scale the global channel opportunities for our customers.
We recognize our customers are the basis of our business success and growth. We have our clients and their companies to thank for fueling our diversified growth that has allowed our team to a positive impact in accelerating their global digital transformations. The business at RAY ALLEN INC continues to grow because of our excellent teams with talents and experiences that we bring to our customers in every engagement. Our knowledge base is expanding globally with our development into many new markets around the world. We believe success comes from constant communication and coordination with our customers to ensure their agility and digital transformation plans areaddressed and meeting and/or exceeding their company’s business objectives. As we continue our geographic expansion that started earlier this year, we’ll be introducing a number of new Agility Plus service solutions to further increase IT agility and drive digital transformation, while meeting the diverse needs of our customers to meet their business objectives. We are looking forward to 2018 with our team and yours working together to achieve great success!
