As 2014 winds to a close, I’d like to take some take to reflect on the successes and growth RAY ALLEN has experienced over the past 12 months, as well as direct all credit to the talented and driven team that surrounds me at RAY ALLEN.

This past year was a big one, because not only did RAY ALLEN commemorate its 10 year anniversary, but the company has also made great and consistent strides in its product and customer service, as well as significantly enlarging its team and work locations.

The experience of providing solutions to enterprises across financial, hospitality and retail industries, as well as partners such as carriers, consulting firms and distributors helped us grow the business to manage millions of assets across environments on a global scale. I know I speak for all who have been with RAY ALLEN for some time when I say it is humbling to watch the remarkable growth and evolution of the business, technology, and team.

Technology is at the heart of our business, with the RACS system evolving over time along with our customers and channel partners. The initial offering that enabled customers to track and manage their assets has included ongoing innovation and evolution, from updated customer interfaces to new hybrid-network capabilities. Product updates now address the full lifecycle of an asset, ranging from managing multiple manufacturers and predictive pricing to the end of life information and migration data. This enables the enterprises to work with RACS throughout the lifecycle, from planning into management and controls.

We like to describe RAY ALLEN’s solution as “software and a service” – our unique take on the term SaaS. As it goes without saying, our team is mission-critical to the success of each and every customer experience, providing specific insights and analytics that will support the growth and unique needs of their enterprises. Our latest introduction in 2014 is the move into Maintenance Renewals, where we combine the analysis, data integration, automation and sales experiences to provide the best solution in Asset Management.

Moreover, the growth of the company this year has precipitated an equally impressive expansion of our team and work locations. As mentioned in our social media, we are excited to share we have opened a new office in Denver, Colorado, earlier this year and enlarged our team to lead an important part of our business.
